This will be a group trail run into Washington Cross New Jersey side.  We will have distances and routes to accommodate all abilities which will be led by experienced club members. This is a no-drop run.

After the run if conditions permit we will run up River Rd to the boat launch, hop in the river, swim down to the parking lot (it is about 1 mile downstream), get out by the parking lot just north of the bridge and run back to the pavilion. 

Buoys will be required.

Swim is optional!  And will depend on the river on the day of the Meet and Greet.
