You can expect that I will engage with you on a regular basis and that your program will be designed to allow you to enjoy and succeed in our sport.  I believe that success lies not only in the swim, bike, run but also in the recovery and nutrition.  I am excited to help you achieve your goals.

I'm a USATF Level 1 certified coach and most recently guided 20+ athletes to their first 5k. My coaching passion is seeing athletes achieve things they never thought possible. Goals, progression, maybe some setbacks, and the ability to help successfully guide athletes through it all are what coaching is all about. Jimmy has been highly competitive in distances from 2 miles to 100 miles. Jimmy’s PR’s are quite impressive in all distances but especially at 50K 3:34:54, 50 miles 6:48:24 & 100 miles 17:27:18.
